Much better... Not necessarily good enough........but lots of improvement here. The podiums are a dramatic improvement.

I'm not particularly phased by the design of any one of the towers...........but could we possibly make them a tad less monolithic? Just change out the middle of the three some for something substantially different, but compatible......and it would improve on the lot meaningfully.

I see a lot of those "? ft/? m" on the DB Map...particularly around the 'burb parts. Do developers not know the height of their own tower proposals?

I'll believe this is happening when I see it!
The most recent tall buildings in St. Catharines have been two 21 storey modern commie block towers on Towering Heights Blvd, and an 18 storey on Carlisle St just off of St. Paul St. downtown.
