No problem! By the way, whats up with the downed fence on the south end of your lot, by the shed? Seems a little odd.

Good old fashioned wood rot on both the east and west sides. They're old wooden fences that may be replaced at some point.

Oh, I see. I wasn't sure if that related to the construction site (accident, etc.)
Anyways, this should top out by I guess September, and I figure be ready for occupancy by next summer.

Occupancy date is now set for October 2025.

Not sure if that is do-able or not.

My guess is the spring/summer of 2026 if they have no more delays.

There are a couple of units available for anyone who is interested.

Another laundry day, another update (2 loads)
Since this is getting taller, I took these from two levels, offering a better angle of the project as a whole, the last two images are my standard angle

Naturally, since yesterday was laundry day, I grabbed some photos. They've sped up work lately, and are nearly topped out here.

Once these condos are done, both semi detached homes on either end will need to be totally renovated and sold as part of Savile on the Roe.

I believe the same people will be doing that part as well. So, it’s not going to be over for awhile.

Today is laundry day, but I'm going for a river swim soon (so, laundry later, update now!)
I figure work on the roof will be commencing soon, as theyre beginning forms for the 3rd floor ceiling level.
