The quality isn't as refined as Tridel's Scala Condos IMO. But the building form is still visually interesting, especially for the area.

I was by this last week, and it was looking really good. One of the best that's gone up recently around the City IMO. Sometimes it feels like people are afraid to give Kirkor their kudos, due to the opinions of a few of the heavy users on this site, cause this one and the Westerly are really nice projects.

Tridel has been very good at maintaining quality (design and workmanship) on almost all of their projects, especially in the last 5 years, and is one of the most respected builders out there. While I’m not a fan of Kirkor’s work, it looks like here they got a lot of direction from Tridel.
This building turned out really nice, but this was marketed as a very high end luxury condo with prices starting at $1.6m.
