Because of the my landlord are going to sell the house and moving out of the house by December 1.

We’re going to tour one of the new townhouse and it’s a rental unit on Dryden Lane and unfortunately we won’t take pics inside because of the personal stuff, but they’re moving out by November 1st.

I like the new home it is a better bedroom space, more storage space, the kitchen and the balcony.

The tenant has said it will be installing lawn grass around the townhouses between Oct 28-Nov 1

We will be searching for a new home in Hamilton and renting is an all time high.

Construction is underway with water/sewers putting in for another phase of Townhomes

Sales office is expected to open next month and it’s name Roxy Rentals

So is that it for the buildings? Has it been scaled back to only 3 buildings and they're just using the rest of the space for more townhomes?
The original plan showed 8 buildings.

Yes, they converted the remaining apartment towers to townhouses.

That's too bad.
While it's currently a substantial bump in the areas density, it could've offered twice as much with the original plan.
