Not the best photo, but Theres been significant progress since the crane came, the one building on the far right is topping off. This photo was taking earlier in the week, as well there are also foundations where the apartments are going to be.

They’ve almost completed the structure of the smaller building to the far right.

Don’t know if I mentioned it but they’ve been working on the actual apartments here for a few weeks now.
