Walked by this a little while ago and noticed all of the branding on the Queen Street hoarding has been removed. It's just black now. I assume it's coming down soon to reveal the brick!

Went out there during my morning bike ride after seeing your post. Looks like they're doing the same treatment around the north podium's east and west face as well

I was worried that they would not leave much space on the sidewalk but it looks like around 12 feet, I think.

You know what I just realized. On Level 1, the entire Queen Street side of the building has only a single door at retail level. It's just a wall of glass the entire length of it.

I thought to myself, "how'd I miss that!?" Still going on today... Handy that they have the "park" land to use instead of blocking off streets.

These do look like 70's office building somewhat. It will be very interesting how the retail and inner laneways will do. This area is on the up and up however it has a long way to go.
