I honestly think the Rogers Centre is decent, at least for a generation. They should do two fairly easy things though...
  • Give something back to the city and rename it Rogers SkyDome
  • Work on animating the outside a bit. Player statues, working fountains, ivy growing on the concrete, an outdoor viewing area, etc.

I know they'll never make it the Rogers Skydome because they're afraid everyone would just omit the Rogers part but it truly would be the best PR opportunity for Rogers possible. Such an easy win for a company who aren't exactly loved.

0 atmosphere!

I love how the better the jays do, it seems to have an effect on how aesthetically pleasing the skydome is to you. If they win the WS, some how it will it will be the best stadium in baseball despite not changing a thing.

It’s true. I value a team based on their performance not on the place they play. So again 100 million extra into the players a season for 15 years is how I’d rather see money spent than on a new stadium.

Maybe you should be participating in a sports forum then, as opposed a discussion about a building.

Maybe. But it’s been around since 1989. I think it’s time for you to move on or buy the team and spend your own monies.
