Any news on what retail or restaurant tenants will occupy the ground floor for Phase 1 or 2?? Glad to see we have street access finally.

Plunking random townhouses into spot to fill space is bad. Stop it.

Good retail spaces waiting to be occupied. The pull the retail out to the Donway on the south end.

It would also be an improvement if they added a couple of buildings to link the site to Don Mills.
