Based on the rendering it feels like they pushed all the features to the edges to make room for... a farmer's market? Or have other uses been proposed here.

And not having the retail/cafe space on the south opening up to the square is such a lost opportunity.

Are the hanging "bases" meant to be lights? I can already see them putting up "Baseball Not Permitted" signs

really hoping there is some kind of programming here eventually. Would love to see some kind of market, small music performances etc because currently its barren as f
