Yeah, it is unlikely to proceed until the Underground LRT station is substantially completed -- and the new development Build-to-Rent market math improves substantially in mid-Etobicoke.

That said, seeing what a tire-fire this "Surplus City-owned Lands" site became between 2015 - 2018, was pretty-much the "Origin Story" for why our volunteer established the HousingNowTO model of site-tracking and validation in late 2018.

This WINCOTT site in Etobicoke -- and the old 80 DALE site in Guildwood were both kind of the triggers as they ran the gauntlet under the old BUILD TORONTO model.

Sorry, for those of us who don't speak application lingo, can someone translate?

Is this saying that there was a submission with the city for a 13-storey apartment tower, however, since that application one of the developers pulled out of the project, so the 13-storey apartment tower is dead? Is the whole project on hold?
