The last photo above is taken on the north side of Wellesley, just west of Sherbourne. I believe it's a Long Term Care facility. I agree, it is a decent building with some fine details.

Yup, it's Wellesley Central/Rekai Centre. It's by Farrow Partnership, pretty well known for their healthcare projects.

The roof feature is now being poured and nearing completion on the south tower.

RoCP is topped out, the exterior is just about completed.
