If all four sides of this building were executed to the level of its west face, then this would be an undisputed winner no doubt. But as we have it in actuality, its very much a Jekyll and Hyde composition.

St. David in Regent Park is a well formatted urban side street and provides a great vantage point looking east towards the park and this building.
