this building is going to be a recipe for disaster when it opens- looks like thin walls are seperating between units which is going to lead to sound proofing issues. have a friend who lives in one of the affordable housing units won in the lottery and there is absolutely no sound proofingand tchc management and security doesnt do shit about it, would not recommend anyone to live in anything managed by tchc.
A decent infill in my opinion. Wide ‘brushstrokes’ on most sides (with its simple white large panels). Not overly fussy (not too many balconies) plus a light frosting on the balcony guards for hiding ‘clutter’. And a splash of colour. And Living Lane finally getting some love.

Several ‘flagpoles’ with bicycle themes line the lane.
Relatively inoffensive - though the opaque window wall cladding for non-windowed portion looks a little rough up close; using precast would have helped there.
