As expected occupancy is pushed but for only 3 months to Feb 27 2026.

It might be pushed further for a few more months. It also depends on what floor you are on. Q2 of 2026 is looking more realistic. If you ask me again, "Why do you think so", my answer would be EXPERIENCE.

Yeah now I wouldn't ask that again as you were right last time.I think they will just drag along 3 months at a time because just need to provide notice 3 months ahead and change the date.Also my unit is in top floors of C block so it might more time than others.It might be pushed further for a few more months. You got it! Since yours is the top floor, you will be the last one to occupy, and you will have a short window from occupancy till closing.

North tower appears to have topped out with the south tower prepping to pour the top level
