The base / mid rise component looks great (even a bit pomo in parts which is fun) but the tower facade expression could use some work… feeling a bit overwhelmingly grey / slabby.

I hope the courtyard ends up getting a good commercial selection to make it a good public space, it looks quite nice. I'm a bit worried if the resubmission reducing commercial by a third will affect that.
