Pretty well done overall. IMO, it's among one of RAW's best looking projects along with 109Oz and the Bluffs. Eight Forty St. Clair is still under construction but it's shaping up to be one of the better ones too.

Could put in a self-serve Beer Store. Along with mechanical bottle and can return. Unlikely with this current government, but in the future, returns on all containers including soft drink plastic bottles and cans.

Exactly more of the stuff we need along The Queensway, not the crap offered up by Marlin Spring. Street level could've been better, but overall well done project by Urban Capital here.
