I can't really give an informed opinion on food and grocery stuff. I'm told that the prices are reasonable for this sort of store. There's a mix of 'regular' priced items and some really niche, expensive items. There's a variety of products and a lot of stuff I didn't recognize. Previously, I did not have an opinion about the Ambrosia grocery store and wasn't using it. It was a 'nice to have' for the area but didn't affect me. But recently I've learned that they have some good, Canadian-made alternatives to products I already use. These are brands I've never run across before. I still haven't explored in depth yet because there's a lot of weird stuff there, but it's become a regular stop.
