They have street closure permit for many more months (and it can be renewed) so I think this is not 'the end'...

Is it just me, or does this plan feel a little too much like South Sherbourne? It’s looking pretty boring on paper, mostly because there’s almost no retail included. If we don’t give people a reason to actually visit or set up shop there, it’s just going to be another quiet corridor rather than a destination. We need more "inflow" and energy to make this work.
