Yes

Lowering intrest rates, return to office, and certainty between canada and US will spur activity within the GTA to acceptable levels.

Where immigration levels will be is less certain and regardless, it will take some time to absorb the excess inventory as is. Those are the major barriers to seeing new build housing thrive.

A report to next week's meeting of Executive Ctte seeks to approve a new Toronto Public Library branch within the grade floors of buildings 1C2 and 1C3.

The new neighbourhood branch would open with Quayside and would be ~20,000ft2
