Absolutely, though the interior of the mall desperately needs occupancy. External fronts should really be unique to draw traffic.

Fat Bastard Burrito could have been a food court addition, where at least 2 spaces exist. Life Labs I would have placed next to the new Rexall, maybe.
 
I think that exterior entrance (one of them at least) is for Pickleplex which is going where H&M/Spirit Halloween/Roller Rink used to be


Edit - Actually, PicklePlex is on the other side of that entrance, never mind

A lot of activity is happening. The first 2 condos are complete and occupied. Now, they are remerchandising stores and adding a lot of new ones. Promenade Mall is becoming to look like a massive entertainment, food and community hub. In the next few months Pickleplex, GoodLife, and more restaurants will open. Then, they are going to start a full front facade refacing of the mall with a new main entrance and one or two more restaurants andded to the mix.

A few common area temporary ehhancements. They plan on doing a full overhaul of the interior and exterior of the shopping centre over the next 5 years. Bowls and Blasters is also open and it\'s fabulous and busy. You can see now there\'s people shopping here again and there\'s activity everywhere you look. Going to be interesting to see how this place transforms in the not-so-distant future

Looks like a massive dental college will be taking up a significant amount of square footage (Approx 22,000sq ft) on the second level. It will be right next to the upcoming Good Life and span towards the new mall entrance facing south beneath the new condo towers.

Very smart business decision.
