I'm so intrigued by how all these buildings seem to have random panes of glass missing - balcony railings, windows, you name it....anyone know if there's a rhyme or reason for it? It's random but like almost every floor seems to be missing at least 1 piece of glass.
Damage can occur during shipping, storage, or the installation process. Fixes always depend upon the availability of similar pieces. Sometimes there are spares that can make for quick fixes. Sometimes replacement pieces have to be specially fabricated. It often makes more sense to place the special orders near the end of the process.

I don't know if it's the case here, but quite often on these residential buildings they don't really do layout or follow grid on the balconies, so the idea is to just follow the slab with typical pieces and then they leave out one piece that they'll field measure and custom fabricate to fit that final opening

I wonder if there will be some up-lighting on the corner balconies of level 15 and 19. 5 possible conduits protruding from the cladding for no apparent reason.
I assume this lighting wouldn’t bother the 4 corner condo occupants…. much. Just don’t look down.

I think the balcony glass on the 4 flat sides (N,E,S,W) have a two LED light strips on level 13 angling towards one centre line on level 23. Maybe they will add a centre vertical strip from level 24 to the top?

I guess that’s why they build square boring cheep glass tower boxes.

I really hope so. A vertical lighting fixture here would look so nice alongside the CN Tower, SkyDome and new TD Tower. Especially from the lake. It’s giving Shanghai vibes. 🥲
