Thanks! Doing some research about this and the Sugar Wharf condos. I like the plans to extend PATH in this direction, and possibly connecting Church to Cooper under the Green P lot. On the downside it seems my view will end up something like this when it’s all done :

Yeah, it’s a pretty industrial view anyways, that’s why I’m not too bummed out about it. This building is older without floor to ceiling glazing or even balconies, so the view is not highly prioritized.

When I want a nice view I walk down to the water taxi dock 5 minutes away and head to the islands

Thanks for that set, @Od1n! I've been trying to imagine the whole area with Harbour Street extended eastwards, and your photos help add flesh to what's in my head. We don't know how many years ahead this is yet—how far off it will be before the City decides that the Harbour extension at whatever length provides enough left turn places for it to remove the curves at Yonge—but I am looking forward to that day. The photos just put me in mind of that hazy future happening!
