Assuming the first tower is still the short guy (65s) and am eager to see it rise and materiality... hoping the HP/Pinnacle partnership will pay dividends (PJ condos is starting to get interesting).

But across the street is Pinnacle's massive window-wall first try (not counting forgettable Bloor Street build).

So have to wait dammit... think we'll get some clues from this first one.

Yup go up to the SkyPod @ 447 m (1,465ft) it's twice as high as that observation thing in Berlin and probably the tallest observation deck we will see here in Toronto for at least the next decade
