This photo is interesting as it shows where the 'new street' running south of the building will run. I assume this is more of a lane than a street as it will clearly take a bit off the current car park so the building there will be very narrow at its east end. If it is 'street width' it will make a portion of this site rather useless and it is also very close to QQE. (Also worth noting, the southern part of Lower Sherbourne (north of QQE) is to be widened so that it can, again, be two way and line up better with Lower Sherbourne south of QQE.
