IMO, there's no way this would happen. Sales haven't even started and knowing this market - it will likely not launch for 1-2 more years.I was speaking to a regular at my cafe who happens to be in real estate. They stated that the builder told them construction will begin on this building (F) this summer. Has the height increase received approval? Is it really far enough along for construction?
