In discussions with WT............they are in the midst of reformatting their website for accessibility and have chosen to be rather lax about putting documents online while they fidget.

Democratic access to materials isn't quite suspended........... you have to ask personally, for now.

Its very impractical to style hot food in most cases. The steam makes a mess of shot, it makes the bun soggy, and causes the cheese to melt before you have it as just such an angle.... LOL

So that's the first trick.....the second, is that you want the food to appear hot, and melty. So you use a torch to melt the edge of the cheese or add a bit of char, and you spray a bit of glycerin to give it that glisten.

Then you may lacquer the damned thing so it doesn't change how it looks while shoot it and light it 20 different ways.

Yes, yes, we know marketing is fake. The insane thing is billions of people still fall for it and spend trillions on bullshit they don't need or that's bad for them. And they say marketing jobs are useless, lol.

Yes, I pointed out that not posting current meeting documents is NOT OK. Naturally, no response. I understand that moving old stuff over is time-consuming but there is really ZERO excuse for not posting recent items.

They send out the info IF one asks them quite speedily so no need to escalate to an FOI request but we should NOT have to ask. These routine standard docs used to be posted prior to meetings but now, because they are VERY SLOWLY 'upgrading' their website they aren't. Frankly, it's very sloppy and not up to their past high standards of openness.

Don't know if I'd agree that making people "spend trillions on bullshit they don't need or that's bad for them" makes marketing jobs useful...
 
Love all the aerial folks, but I do wonder if our wonderful aerialists ever consider coming down low and shooting in areas off limits from pedestrian view or slightly higher. Ward10’s shot is cool, but I do wonder how it might look 10-20ft higher
