This development has a special place in my heart. I bought a unit in the centre building nearly a decade ago, and intended to live in it with the assumption I'd get a job in Toronto. Alas life changes and now I'm a Hamilton loving urbanite rather than a condo living suburbanite and I work in Hamilton, but even when I bought it I thought the TOD made too much sense. It will be even more lucrative once GO hits 15 minute service and quicker trips to Union. If only the rest of the GO network had TOD, including jobs. You may not even have to go all the way to Union if your job is in a tower in Oakville outside the station.
