"Massive new grocery store set to open in Toronto",... "Shoppers who have been eagerly anticipating the opening of a huge new grocery store in Toronto’s downtown core will be happy to hear that T&T Supermarket’s latest local outpost is slated to open in about a month.",... "T&T, the largest Asian supermarket chain in Canada, recently announced that its new 31,000-square-foot store will open at 20 Edward Street on Feb. 13."

Hopefully, it doesn't feel as cramped and disjointed as their store on College. Used to the old one in the Portlands, the College Street store was a big disappointment. I went to check it out when it opened but likely won't ever go back.

It's roughly the same size as the College store, so unless they stock a lot less products, it's going to be just as cramped. I miss the Portlands store too, but there's nowhere they can find something that big downtown (well, they could've taken the Nordstrom space, but that wouldn't make financial sense to them and CF wouldn't see that as a good fit). Ironic that this space went from the world's biggest bookstore to (one of) the smallest T&Ts.
