I'm still waiting to see what will occupy the space on the ground level on the left hand side. I'm surprised it's not yet another Tim Horton's...with the excuse that the gas station TH is "too busy". 😆
 
I had initially thought that blue framed entrance on the west side was a Bell store 😂
What's going into the space on the right hand side? Wasn't it supposed to be a Beer Store?

& I thought it was going to be a BMO! We both got fooled! 😂
I also thought the Beer Store was originally planned for the right hand side, once they are finally done using the space for construction storage. (it does not have a for lease sign in the window currently...)
 
Does anyone happen to know the phone number for the concierge at the building?

I'm moving in and need to book the elevator and am trying to save myself driving across the city since its not available online
 
Dollarama is going in on the main level of Oscar Residences.

The for lease sign is still up. My guess is, over to the right a little more, it was supposed to be the beer store, but that fell through.

Also, in other news, the land to the left is back up for sale again. I wonder what will become of that land...hopefully not another condo...

I think a "cosy cafe" might still be possible in the remaining space to the right...?
It's to my understanding it was space that was intended to become the return of the beer store, but that plan fell through.
 
I wonder when this Dollarama will open? May first?
Also, nobody wants to rent the other space just to the right, in the same building?
