Its all Regent Park.

The one on the far right is the condo portion I believe, with the two cranes on the left constructing the seniors and family-geared buildings.

The 2nd tower is almost the same level as tower 1.

What happen on tower 1 for tower 2 to get to the same level?.

The last time I visited the site, the first 4 floors were up for tower 1 and 2 was still in the hole.

What were they ever thinking with those red brick buildings in the background? Some floors look like they have almost no windows and some have quite a number of windows. Are they all two floor units or something?
