Well that oozes class... I take it that's limestone on the first two levels and precast concrete panel above?

Not sure why they went for the two tone look.... the top colour doesn't suit the building at all... they should've sticked with the bottom colour. Also, the window frames look very cheaply done... disappointing build IMO.
