I don’t understand why this project moves so slow. They must have half the workers needed. Every other project can finish pouring 10 floors and clad 12 floors in the same time it takes this project to clad1 floor. Skytwower will be fully completed and lived in by the time they finish the crown here.

This project went through bankruptcy, there is a level of caution to thread the needle to finish this and re-enter sales without bankrupting yet another developer. The market is down so they have little incentive to finish this quickly. As far as I know, it's not in sales yet and no commercial tenants have been announced.

If anything, it would be nice if they could take down the sidewalk hoarding. That, they're presumably paying for each day but at this scale, sidewalk hoarding is just a rounding error.
 
Photos taken today, Friday (June 19). Some incremental work on the tower since I posted a week ago with some new glass on the north and east faces installed. The Rail Climbing Systems which installed the building's skin are still at least partially in place, no more segments have been removed in the past week.
