Today - golden hour with this skyscraper is absolutely when it looks best
It was also a great opportunity to see the underside of the mechanical floors, and how they're clad. It looks good.

Seeing as the FCP roof height is 292m and not the widely previously reported 298m , this next set of super columns have just claimed this as clenching the CTB title , now officially Canadas tallest (habitable) building.

It looks like someone has emerged at the 11th hour to try and purchase the building..."Chateau Yorkville Corp" put together $1.4b and wants it.
My guess is that the court will approve this sale as it is over the minimum threshold set in 2024 at $1.2b
Apparently we will find out end of June whats up with this.
