Just sent Tridel an email asking about whether our purchase agreements will be honoured, estimated occupancy etc. I got a totally non-response. So frustrating!
My guess is this is a decision that will ultimately be made by the lenders, under the advice of the receiver and Tridel. They're probably waiting to see where the market is closer to completion.

Likely true, but not very fair to use my money in the meantime. At least they could communicate some basic info with us. Most of us who have bought in this project can afford to wait, but I hate to think of first time buyers in other projects that have gone into receivership that do not have that luxury.

A few, taken from afar. The initial pics are taken from Bloor, in the vicinity of Rosedale Valley Road to the Glen Rd. Bridge.

Just peeking out above 1 Bloor East:

Very strange. I would call their head office and ask for a response. You will get someone and at the very least ask when they will give you an update, or what they are waiting for.

If the new owners can sell your units for higher prices and attract the right type of clientele, they will force you to either pay more or take your deposit back. I'm sorry Mizrahi turned out to be a sketchy individual. All of his projects ended up with so many complications and dramas. Not the best perron to trust with your money and time.

Photos taken today, Friday (Apr. 4). Some movement since I posted a week ago, but not a lot. Some of the blue scaffolds on the top have moved up as work continues around level 82. The corner blue scaffolds have all moved up to join the SE corner around level 74. And the Rail Climbing Systems installing the skin of the tower is up on only one side, the east, but parked at level 57 at the mechanical level, so we now see the entire section with skin fully installed on that face.

The usual set of shots, starting on Yonge at Dundas, then moving up to around Charles where we see the east RCS up, and the full view of the east face of the tower. Then, over by Holt Renfrew on Bloor west of Yonge, then from Cumberland east of Bay, and a closer view of the top with the corner forms up since last week (focus is soft on the wide shot). The view from the NE corner of Yonge and Bloor, and a shot showing the east RCS from below. The view from the bottom and the top of Queen's Park, then a couple shots from the west showing the whole of the moon (listening to the Waterboys...)....more like crescent, that's what I see...
