Perhaps this has been answered, but are there people already occupying the lower floors while construction continues above. I know that's standard practice, but didn't know if that was the case in The One.

When I look at this video again that looks to be the case in the lower floors, unless that's just all construction equipment rather than furniture in there.

There is no occupancy in the building as of right now.

No, must be construction equipment. I've passed by at night and the floors that are lit up look unfinished.
 
As a purchaser on the 40th floor, any guesses on when I might be occupying my unit (assuming they actually honour the contracts 🥴)

It's common for construction teams to relocate site offices inside an enclosed portion of the building while the structure tops out, especially on constrained sites like this.

Certainly not occupancy, but it's reasonable to begin seeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing fit out soon.
