I don't have the time to watermark photos of The One. I would rather have the photos speak for themselves. I will watermark photos of other buildings and structures instead.
 
I had a look through the permits.

There are no new/revised permits showing as applied for, or granted for any height increase, the current permits reads as 86-storey.

They still have some lead time left..........but I find it unlikely they would risk any timeline here delaying.
 
It would certainly be something if the pull that off. It will be the tower to wave at St. Catharines outside the CN.
 
I don't see how they're going to 94 floors without approvals. They're only allowed up to 91 currently, right?

Knowing Mizrahi, I wonder how much, outside of the application, was actually done in terms of work to actually get it to 91 floors. Like, I'm wondering if they've actually done the engineering/construction/HVAC drawings or if they just got approvals and left it at that. If so, I doubt Hana Bank has an appetite for any development work outside of just handing the construction off to SG and hoping it gets topped out asap.
