I'd be guessing, but...... the current 'New Building' permits still show the height as 86 storeys. I would guess that revisions have been or about to be applied for, and that those are pending.
There may also be revisions for other spaces (such as ground floor retail tenant).

It needs to, they have lots of catching up to do with the glass. Especially if the pours are going keep up the once a week pace…

I think that the goal isn't to keep pace with the pour. I think they are trying to stay one mechanical level down in order to ensure they can move materials into the floors they have just completed. It's just a thought but seems like it picked up the moment the second mechanical level was finished
