Any news on if Apple is still going to be the anchor?

I believe there's 54 floors to go still. If they average a floor every 8 days that would be 432 days from now. But I think the average floor is taking longer than 8 days. I think it's 9-10?

So about 500 days or so. Or December 2024, or 1 year and 4 months to go.

Not to put too fine a point on it, but 594 days (54 floors x 11 day average). Add two weeks for each mechanical section (optimistic) makes it the summer of 2025. Just one person's opinion...
I think there are only 49 res floors to go (mechanical sections are included in the floor count) but regardless I don’t see it topping out before late spring or summer 2025.

I expect they will complete many coming floors within 7 days (per). IIRC, they've already completed some floors in 7-8 days.
They have completed some floors in eight, I'm not aware of any in seven. The average slab for levels 19-36 was 7 days, and walls 4 days, thus my 11 days. Regardless, we have a lot more time to enjoy this project.
