I can confirm, I now see 1BE rising above the tree canopy from my building on Eglinton.

Nope, that is shot from the west, and The One is west of 1BE.

This building's size is most impressive looking at it from the North as you drive south down Yonge before you descend down Summerhill. Sorry, couldn't take a photo while driving.
