Because the super cheap glass from China isn't ready yet.

^ the glass they r using on the rest of the building doesn't seem cheap so why would they use cheap one on the balcony?

Yes One Bloor East has been a bit taller than me for a while now. My photos will now be much less interesting.

Looks like they are on the 40th floor now - so 36 to go plus mechanical floors
