SPA resubmitted again here.

The latest plans dated 2025 reflect the 31-storey design with no stat changes. However the cover letter states the resubmission is to affirm the April 2024 CoA decision which gave them a +2-storey height boost to 33-storeys.

Almost as if they want to intentionally confuse poor @toronto647 ...

I have reached out to the planner on file for clarification and will update the thread with the correct info.
