The render says orange brick to me, not red... already have tons of red underway (West Don Lands)... give me some Cabbagetown orange on this one.

It will likely be iron spot orange brick, but close enough. Even the port-a-potty in @bilked’s shot foreshadows the expected brick colour:

33 Parliament GOODE was granted Conditional Permit, Partial Permit - Shoring yesterday and haven't yet started demolition of existing hangar. Let's hope the city pushes that button for 31 Parliament soon and removes the refusal notices on all permits and under review on shoring.

I moved a bunch of posts today to The Goode Condos thread, but I'm leaving the above here. Here's the deal: the trench is the dividing line between The Goode and No 31, The Goode being to the north and No 31 to the south. Work has started on The Goode site, but not really at No 31 yet. So, if you have photos of work in the coming weeks at this site, please post it in The Goode Condos thread!

Finally the Shoring can begin. Partial Permit - Shoring. Stopped in on my way by at 1pm today. The site supervisor introduced himself during the demolition of previous buildings and he's onsite today with a huge crew. They still haven't announced ground breaking but things are moving forward.

No. 31 Condos going like a house on fire this week. Also they got approval of the easement relocation. They have 2 Shoring/drilling machines going, one on south/east side and one south/west side and both are right up against the CN rail retaining wall. So the driveway between 33 Parliament and 31 Parliament was approved. Concrete pillars being poured down into the underground parking as they have 4 concrete trucks working. They moved the mobile trailer/office out on the street in front of the hydro station.
