It's a bland background building, but it's reasonably detailed and trying to be affordable. That earns my sympathy.

It's somewhat better than I expected. I'll give them that.

Comments:

1) The design choices here really get on my nerves, the low-slung (levels 2/3) inset balconies make a for a messy design to me.
I don't like the the way they used two tones here, if one were going black-forward, fine, but break it up by using white (or colourful) lintels and sills for the windows, or even just patterned light brick surround.
A single, high quality signage band, could also introduce colour or natural wood warmth to the design........

2) How is this not done? Time is money.
