IIRC the tall buildings guidelines mentioned both this pair of buildings and the Uptown and Crystal Blue pair as being reasons for needing minimum space standards between buildings.

I'm pretty sure that there is roombetween museum house and exhibit for a super thin tower which only has north south windows. It would have to be set backl and narrow not to block museums east facing windows. Maybe only one unit per floor. Goodbye piano store. Hello big city.

The room between the two buildings is for the laneway that gives access to the entrances and garages for both.

Remenyi Music is to the west of MuseumHouse, Exhibit is to the east of it.

Oh the piano store is between the hotel and museum condo. Either way there is room for more development in this area.

From yesterday—the plantings look great:

Its not under construction anymore, but its been a while since we visited for photographic purposes, and I have to say, I think its holding up well.

A two-pack from today, August 14th, 2025:

The building itself isn't a stunner, but the coordinated planting across all the balconies does wonders, I think they need to make a 4-season effort w/this idea, and incorporate holiday lighting as well.

Real garlands strung up by pros with progressive lighting all the way up.....now that would add some cheer in December.
