IIRC the tall buildings guidelines mentioned both this pair of buildings and the Uptown and Crystal Blue pair as being reasons for needing minimum space standards between buildings.
I'm pretty sure that there is roombetween museum house and exhibit for a super thin tower which only has north south windows. It would have to be set backl and narrow not to block museums east facing windows. Maybe only one unit per floor. Goodbye piano store. Hello big city.
Its not under construction anymore, but its been a while since we visited for photographic purposes, and I have to say, I think its holding up well.

The building itself isn't a stunner, but the coordinated planting across all the balconies does wonders, I think they need to make a 4-season effort w/this idea, and incorporate holiday lighting as well.
Real garlands strung up by pros with progressive lighting all the way up.....now that would add some cheer in December.
