I looked at the Augusta frontage today from the streetcar and it looks like there may be one possibly two retail units on the street which is a good sign especially considering the trees going in.

Looking at the retail level there seem to be Offices for the housing Co-op that will be entered off of Augusta, the corner retail will have an entrance off of Dundas. Interestingly there's a little retail space that can be entered off the Mews and from the lobby.
I didn't bother with the southern part of the property but the Augusta frontage is mostly taken up with the Child Care Centre.

Unrelated question, but does anyone know where you can get architectural plans once they get disappeared from the Application Information Centre?
