The Ossington side of this is really quite special. Understated, punched windows without a hint of spandrel (so far). I'm scared for how that corner is being prepped though...

Funny how this area used to be so artsy; today it feels more like '80s/'90s Yonge Street. Anyways, they ordered more grey to bore us artsy types.

Yes, and there's a lot of ways to harmonize with brown brick. Choosing brown spandrel glass panels is not among the good ones, IMO.
