So they're actually is a thread for beach area one currently @Towered just got me side tracked on this thread welcome to UrbanTO

with this development Costco and the main end (beach area 1&2) redevelopment
I also keep meaning to create a thread for the two new high schools over by the arena. all and all wasaga Beach has quite a lot going on.also at the moment looks like some of the SFH are starting to pour foundations again there was a real pause for a while there

not much changes visible but they have pretty much scraped out all of the overburden and begun getting the shaped form of the plaza as well as linking up to lyons court
