So they're actually is a thread for beach area one currently @Towered just got me side tracked on this thread welcome to UrbanTO

with this development Costco and the main end (beach area 1&2) redevelopment
I also keep meaning to create a thread for the two new high schools over by the arena. all and all wasaga Beach has quite a lot going on.also at the moment looks like some of the SFH are starting to pour foundations again there was a real pause for a while there

not much changes visible but they have pretty much scraped out all of the overburden and begun getting the shaped form of the plaza as well as linking up to lyons court
 
It is adjacent to the development basically right around the casino Costco is directly across the street there hasn't been much work on that site that's visible so I haven't grabbed pictures lately
 
Lots of infrastructure work going on in this area both a long lyon court and ramblewood It also looks like most of the grading has been completed on this site and will most likely start to see water and sewer infrastructure being installed in the next few weeks

Sweet, this is a great place to upzone. Need some Highway 26 improvements soon with how busy its getting and there is no lights up on the Beachwood rd byass to Collingwood. Needs major upgrades with all the money dumping into Wasaga Beach with the Marriot, Costco, Casino, etc.
