Why not?There really shouldn't be windows on the Mirvish Project building facing over those 2 holdout lots.
There are literally tens of thousands of incredibly hideous buildings in this city that we could knock down, is going after these 2 holdout lots really a productive or constructive thought?^To allow for future redevelopment.

Besides, whoever would seek to "redevelop" them would be highly constrained by space, hard to imagine it wouldn't be more financially rewarding to level a strip plaza somewhere out in the burbs.
