4 huge podium floors poured during one of the coldest winters ever? That's not so bad. Every project in TO was very slow through the first quarter of 2015 owing to the weather.

At least that 1970s office building with the arches along the roof is in good shape. It gives us something decent to look at.
 
Agreed. Worth a heritage listing?! (I know people will scoff, but I'm serious.)

I think it is more worth preserving than the building at 1 Eglinton East that everyone was lamenting the loss of around the new year.

So that massive podium is done now. I guess the rest of the tower will begin rising much quicker?

Too bad that podium is all condo units. It would've been appropriate for office use.
