There was another fire here last week. The same block that went up on August 01, 2023 (the one in the front, facing Appleby Line). The fire was contained to a single unit (second from the left) and the unit one to the right had smoke damage. This block is thankfully still unoccupied but all other units in the complex are.

There are multiple angles of security footage, a guy walked up with a can of gas, lit the fire, and of course fled the scene. It happened around 6am.

I meant to post this actually, happened overnight Thursday into Friday.

It's the same unit that was torched in the early morning back in October (along with the one to its right), and it's the same block which also burned to the ground quite spectacularly around 4am on August 1, 2023

My understanding is that this may also involve attempted murder investigations as there were residents occupying multiple units in this block, including one of the units which actually had gasoline poured directly on it.
 
They have security guard on site and it will be 24/7 following the third suspicious fire this month (July 26, 2025)
